Facilitator's Guide
The EISP uses Degree of Structure and Motivation as scales to create a four-quadrant grid that describes the style of Emotional Intelligence people are most likely to use. The four styles—Reflective, Conceptual, Empathetic, and Organized—are plotted in the the quadrants relative to the individual’s score. Interpretive material is included.
